The Kensington Park development in Orewa features apartments, terrace housing, and freestanding homes from one to four bedrooms with studios, ensuites and private gardens. Overall, it has a common architectural style, with a strong emphasis on developing a harmonious community with recreational areas including an on-site sauna, heated pool, gymnasium, playground, petanque court and barbecue areas.
Structural engineering for the development involved multiple apartment blocks, terraced houses, walk-up apartments and individual houses.
