David brings over 30 years of experience in structural draughting and draughting management within the New Zealand building and construction industry. Since joining MSC, he has led the draughting team across a diverse range of projects, maintaining a strong focus on quality, consistency, and delivery standards.
He has extensive expertise in structural steel detailing and is highly proficient in Autodesk Revit. David has played a pivotal role in advancing MSC’s digital delivery systems, streamlining workflows, integrating document management software with Revit, and driving the adoption of BIM processes and advanced customisation.
David is passionate about mentoring staff and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. He is always looking for smarter, more collaborative ways to enhance project outcomes through technology.
