MSC engineers have undertaken structural engineering and construction observation on a number of luxury residential projects for Eden Homes.
MSC has been involved with various new build Eden Homes projects, most of which are located in South Auckland in the suburbs of Karaka and Pukekohe.
Eden Homes focus is on masonry construction for most of their homes. The projects vary in size from 200-1000m2 over one single storey with the exception of a few two-storey homes.
Suspended concrete floor is used for most of two-storey houses, requiring solid robust engineering solutions.
Eden Homes’ design incorporates generally large open plans and high ceiling offering an open living space, which can pose unique challenges for our engineers.
The structural engineering aspects of each house have been tailored to our client’s requirement and lifestyle, and our aim is to bring their ideas to life with structural frameworks that are safe, strong and durable.
