MSC Consulting was engaged by Kea Property Group to undertake the civil and structural design for a new childcare centre on Hobsonville Rd.
MSC Consulting has been undertaking work for KEA Property Group since the latter was founded in 1980. MSC was involved in structural and civil design for a KEA development in Hobsonville that included a state-of-the-art, purpose-built childcare centre as well as offices and a café.
The structural design for the childcare centre needed to incorporate load bearing walls and roof trusses that allowed for the possibility that the building may be reconfigured internally as the centre’s needs change.
