MSC undertook structural engineering design and the supervision of construction for this residential home in Takapuna.
MSC engineers carried out the structural engineering and construction observation of a high quality three townhouse development designed by MDS Masonry Design Solutions. The development overlooks Lake Pupuke, with each townhouse using cedar clad construction but with individualised internal layouts.
Each townhouse had a large open plan living area with generous kitchen, lounge and dining areas making the most of the lake views by means of an expansive glass frontage with minimal column interference, and with windows and sliding doors. The sloping nature of the site required retaining walls at the rear.
