This project continued MSC’s involvement at all levels in a number of projects in the rapidly developing Hobsonville and Hobsonville Point areas.
At 122 Hobsonville Road, MSC Consulting Group was part of a team that prepared a land use and subdivision application to create a 130-lot residential subdivision and large commercial/retail site on Hobsonville Road in West Auckland. MSC engineers also completed the engineering design for new roading and drainage services.
The project included a private wastewater station and stormwater mitigation measures, and certified construction through to completion of the project, successfully ensuring completion of the civil works on time and on budget to enable further development of the site.
