MSC’s civil team was engaged for the subdivision of Falls Rd in Warkworth and undertook services such as the feasibility study and resource consenting.
With changes to Auckland’s Unitary Plan, MSC’s client had the opportunity to develop a greenfields parcel of land in Falls Road in Warkworth to create 33 residential lots, public roading and drainage. As there was no infrastructure in place, the development included a public wastewater pump station, with the requirement for the design to meet the stringent design standards set for this by Watercare.
MSC’s civil team also undertook the initial feasibility study, reports and resource consenting, as well as the civil design of the subdivision, and was contracted to oversee the development as it progressed.
